I am a licensed real estate broker with more than $40M in closed transactions involving digital-asset–enabled buyers, including early cryptocurrency-backed property purchases in Southern California. My experience includes brokerage operations, escrow coordination, fund verification workflows, compliance navigation, and educating clients and professionals on how new forms of money intersect with traditional real estate systems.
Alongside my brokerage work, I am completing a Master’s degree in Global Business & Blockchain Technology, with academic focus areas including blockchain implementation, payments infrastructure, governance, interoperability, and enterprise adoption. This combination of hands-on transaction experience and formal graduate study allows me to translate complex, often misunderstood topics into clear, practical guidance for real estate professionals - without hype, speculation, or unnecessary risk.
